There aren't any recent reviews so I thought I would add. My collie and I went Saturday and Sunday this past weekend and it was wonderful. The park is clean and there is lots of shade. They have a wooded area and then an open area to run. At one point on Saturday there were probably 20 dogs or so in the one big dog area. Which could be a disaster but all of the humans were watching and keeping the peace. And it was so nice because all of the humans there are dog people. So I don't have to worry that they will be upset if my collie jumps up for attention on someone or if dogs get in a scuffle. They are dogs, we are dog people, everything was great! There is a small dog area too. At one point it was empty so an owner took his older dog over there so that it wasn't so much excitement. Also, the park is back off the road, down a slow traffic road, so there was no worry of dogs running off or getting run over. Most dogs went to and from their cars...

Came to this off leash dog park on our way through on a work trip. Park was nice, well kept, clean and safe, a bit of a drive away from town, but worth it. Large fenced areas for both small and big dogs. Lots of dog waste stations, but no bags. We bring our own anyway. Biggest drawback was people there brought their grandkids who were loud, as children often are, and can be unsafe for dogs with noise issues. At one point one of the children was hanging on his dogs collar telling her to go!! This was disturbing to other pets and their people, but no one said anything. The kids ran up to several dogs not in their group and took them off guard. A little bit of dog etiquette for kids is MUST, or leave the kiddos at home. Or, also appropriate is to allow the kids to play at the adjacent kids park and not...

Beautiful park! We did not bike, but the bike area is awesome! The dog park was one of the best I’ve seen and we have traveled up and down the east coast checking out dog parks. There was lots of space, grassy area and wooded area for the dogs to run. It did help that it was a beautiful GA day! A variety of dogs with what seemed like responsible owners. Only one little fight broke out and was handled immediately. Will definitely go back when in the area! People in this area are so lucky to have this park! I hope they appreciate it and tear it with respect. Unfortunately, the only downside was there is a large trash receptacle and some disrespectful people brought their home furnishings like a couch and a trampoline to throw away- very sad! There was also a decent sized playground and bathrooms!...

If traveling on I-75, worth the 15-minute detour. We stopped on a trip to FL both S &N bound legs of our trip. Large run with woods. Great for leg stretch and sniffing to tire your dog out. We had a rainy day on the trip home but still stopped. We have viszlas so wiping them down isn't a big deal. Long-haired dogs would be mud balls. LOL With that, a dog wash would be a nice addition to this park due to the dirt areas. This layout can't be fixed so just add a hose somehow at the entrance, maybe?Something the community could request. The drive to the park is through a sub. Gorgeous properties and the people who live there are all friendly. Thanks for sharing your park with us!!! It was nice to see a key fob wasn't needed to access. Definitely made for a nice drive home with our dogs who slept after.
