Lazer Zone Family Fun Center — Attraction in Ada

Omg, just left this place!! I took my four kids, (ages 13,10,7,and 2) and completely regret it! The games were clearly not marked out of order or not marked at all! Kiddos was took for their tokens/moms money!! Tried to bowel but our lane was screwed up we made them aware of it, granted they moved us but that lane didn't work either! At this time of frustration we informed them of it, and nothing was done we called it good on boweling! Ripped off yet again! Took my 2 year old girl to the little playis area, no other kiddo was in there at that time! A large group of (over 48 inch) children came in and turned the play area into a UFC cage fight!! I realize your suppose to supervise your children!! I was, who's suppose to supervise the parents that don't supervise their children! Went to get 6 hotdog baskets, on the family pass! They guy at the counter asked if I wanted all 6?? Hello did I pay for them yes there's 6 in my family no one is going to go hungry cause y'all want to resell a hotdog that was already paid for!!! It Took forever to get our food on top of it!! Spend the gas to go to ghatti TOWN...

I attended a birthday party for a 7 year old. As a fun loving adult there were numerous fun activities to keep me entertained. There were approx. 4 birthday parties occurring simultaneously. I got the impression Lazer Zone was understaffed that day. There were quite a few games and one batting cage out of order. I heard staff calling on intercoms requesting assistance to fix something or other, I personally had several of the games malfunction. All staff, once I found someone, were always kind and helpful. Our party was at 2:30pm we stayed and played until 7:00pm and there were still things I wanted to do, like bowl! The food was pretty good too! Honestly the games were fun, I loved the Lazer Tag, batting cages and blacklight miniature golf. I really recommend this place for a fun birthday party location for your kids. Or just somewhere to go for...

Very poor customer service excluding one female employee working in the snack area. Arcade took our money and wouldn’t play at multiple machines and several were out of order all together. We were run off by the huge teenage event that seem to be without any parents. Left without finishing bowling to go play at the playground were were were run off twice more by two separate groups of teens who shouldn’t have been inside anyway. And by this time we were unable to enjoy any part of an experience I paid for, I made the decision to leave before even attempting to play the lazer rag I paid for. Unable to speak to staff or ask for assistance because all of the staff were assisting the teenage event that filled the entire building. $100+, disappointed children and a wasted 1.5...
