Bensenville Water Park and Splash Pad — Attraction in Addison Township

Thank you all for such great service and another wonderful summer ...I am handicapped and your staff is so good to accommodate me and always asks, even on their own throughout the day, if there is ANYTHING at all I need .... I love how clean and well managed it is .... I've read some other reviews and I have to say if you were unhappy there your just a person who looks for stuff to complain about .... The food is good with a very nice variety... and if your kid can't go down a slide, YES, it is up to the discretion of that guard on duty. .. ...REMEMBER it's for the safety of your child...I don't think they were out to "RUIN" YOUR CHILD'S day...good grief ! Bensenville pool has a great staff and some of the nicest people I've ever met ...thank you all so very much for years and years of enjoyable summers ...I so appreciate each and every one of you ...many Blessings to all of you throughout the up and coming holidays and year .... It's a local water park. Not to much special. Iind of a let down. First thing is the lifeguards are like pool police. They tell about what seems like everything. Your kids floats must be coast guard approved. Dude your not in lake Michigan. But wouldn't you know they rent them for a small fee. Second there were 2 15 or 16 year olds yelling at a grandma with two kids having sandwiches and chips in the grass. C'mon it's a local pool. And a village community pool for $8.00. You think you could lighten up some off your rules. I mean your not Santa's village or great America. Not everyone wants your 3.50 hot dogs or a 2.50 slice of pizza that they never seem to have ready. But they managed to sell out of 4.00 ice cream. Go figure. Just leave your food outside. Your welcome to go eat outside by the garbage cans in the parking lot if the kiddie police...

Came here on the 5th. Wasn’t supposed to rain. I am from out of town and came with a family of 9. We weren’t here for even a full hour and they closed and they made everyone get out completely. The we’re giving a pass for today but they don’t know if they’ll reopen and could close again for rain. We asked if we could Atleast get a pass for any day. The manager Leslie who went to speak with the higher manager, Todd. Todd didn’t ask any question/ and said no because we aren’t from here. He also said the policy is no refunds which I can understand. But you could at minimum have a pass for any day. He has no idea how long we are in town for. I could be here for the whole summer but did he ask no. Poor business because the park itself isn’t bad for the kids and they were having fun. This would’ve been worth the money if the kids actually...
