From the moment you walk in, you’re met with not just delicious, made-from-scratch meals, but also a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The tortillas and salsa de ciruela are made to order, yet everything came out quickly, fresh, and full of flavor.

My mom had the caldo de res, and it actually brought tears to her eyes. It reminded her of her mother’s cooking back in Mexico, and that emotional connection made this meal unforgettable.

The owners are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. This was our first visit, but they treated us like family. They brought out fresh agua de tamarindo, gave us real cheese from Mexico (nothing like what you find in stores), and even made us their Thursday special (on a Wednesday) just because they wanted us to try it.

I took my dad for his bday to try this place out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Carmen, she was so nice and friendly, and even the cooks in the back waved at us with a smile.

We sat down and my dad wanted coffee, she made a fresh pot for him and since I don’t drink coffee, she offered 2 different types of hot teas which both were great!

We ordered the steak and eggs for our meal with guacamole and everything was really good/ delicious and Carmen kept checking on us to make sure we were doing good, she gave us their delicious home made tortillas and the home made salsa they have is so good that she even gave us a container of the salsa to take home.

My dad and I often like to drive around and try different places and this one by far has been our favorite authentic Mexican place, the portions are perfect. We have decided to make this place our new weekend...

5 Stars – Highly Recommended! This Mexican restaurant is a true hidden gem! The food is absolutely amazing — I especially recommend the beef soup (caldo de costilla), which is packed with flavor and feels like a warm hug in a bowl. The tostadas, tacos, and tortas are also incredibly delicious and made with fresh ingredients.
