First Apostolic Faith Church — Attraction in Akron

I was really down on my luck and needed help with Christmas for the kids. After going back and forth between a few agencies and taking every step that it took to be accepted for the Toys for Tots program, I received a pick up date and time. After standing 2 hours waiting in line, I was told that I was not supposed to have waited in line but I was signed up as a "special family". That means Santa and troops personally bring the toys to my door and surprise the kids. Well Christmas day came and went and nothing. The kids didn't have anything for Christmas. I called to see what had happened and was told that they had no idea what I was talking about. The information I was given was not correct. I am confused because they received social security numbers for all of my kids and nobody could call me to explain why no toys were brought. I did everything I was supposed to have done and ran around to get all of the information they needed and nothing. I waited in line like the letter told me to do. I waited and no calls or letters.
