Disappointing experience. We heard about the Brew at the Zoo while out and decided to swing over. Purchased the VIP tickets for $50.00 each which you get a little more for, unfortunately, they did not tell us that it was closing in about an hour. Most of the brewers were out of some of their beers, food was picked over. We couldn't even get through half our beer sheet unless we wanted to get totally hammered. Yes, in part it was our fault, we should have asked when purchasing how much longer it was open but we have been to other events at Clv Zoo and just assumed it would be most of the night. When I spoke with the Director of Guest Experience (Jeanette) and told her of our disappointment, she said she would see what she could do, then never answered any of my future vjoicemails, making the experience even more disappointing.
