My family and I love this place! It was my first time two weeks ago, and I've been here twice in one month, just this month (June 2025!) 5 stars: *Price is very reasonable and they offer a military 🪖 discount! *Pool is not deep but deep enough for us all to have so much fun! *Slides were awesome. They got me to scream a bit, lol. I rode the ⚫️ black hole one! *There are two kiddie water play pads! Both were super fun! *The staff driving us to the site and back were nice each time, and I tipped them to show my appreciation! *Staff at the ticket place was nice! Staff in the store was nice as well. Staff at the pizza place was nice also. Everyone is nice, actually! * There's a store to buy souvenirs, food and drinks if you don't want pizza and soda. 2-3 stars: Life guards weren't life guarding! My dad went into hero mode and helped a little boy down when I pointed out that he was climbing on the outside of the slides! The parents didn't do crap except yelled, "Get down!" And all the lifeguard did was blow his whistle! Not one life guard was watching to see that the kiddos weren't slamming into each other inside the water slides or making sure kids weren't blocking the slide exits and especially climbing back up. It was chaos. We still had fun because we got our eyes on ours and really yalls kids too! The parking area is free, but overflow parking was around $5 or $10. Obviously, no outside food allowed. They sell what you would need. Last and not least, God bless yall and us all! 🙏🏽

Nice small water park located in the middle of Chesnut Bay Resort campground. Although it has 2 splash pads, to really get your $ worth, it would be best to take slightly older kids who are not scared of water slides. It is 1 price for ages 3 & older. There is a large pool, with depths of 3ft to 5ft. There are also 2 “playground areas” that dump water on all who are nearby every few minutes. There are many slides attached to this playground that kids can slide down, which leads to a wading pool that is about 1ft deep. Then there also several different slides w/ various intensity levels. I cannot comment on these since I had a 3 year old w/ me & was unable to ride any of the slides. However, the 3 year old loved the splash pad area. Of course there was a concessions area where customers could order food & drinks during there stay. It didn’t seem overly crowded & the all the kids we had w/ us all had a blast!

Very nice place. Plenty of things to do. Slides, splash pads, pool, putt putt golf, zip line. They have nice snack bar, with shady area to sit by it. There's plenty of chairs all around, some shaded some not. Staff is very friendly, and plenty visible all over park. Even the owners/ managers were out walking around, and we're very friendly.Parking area is not paved but the drive way in is concrete, parking lot is not very handicap friendly going from your car to the walkway leading in but The path leading to entrance is a concrete sidewalk. They do have a Max limit of 450 people. In 2020 they are adding more things for older kids & adults. Its a very nice attraction for our area! Definitely recommend going if you haven't and are looking for something to do! It's a very beautiful place, well ran and maintained. Putt putt course was fun, it's not over the top, but it was nice, and mostly all in the shade.

We visited this past Saturday. We arrived around 10:30 and there was a long line to get inside. I think this is due to the waiver that needs to be signed. (to help the line move maybe there could be a staff member with a clip board getting those completed before approaching the window to pay.) We didn't purchase our tickets online, so this maybe an option to complete online as well.

We went to purchase a cabana as soon as we were inside, and the only options left were the big pool cabana's under the bridge. Those cost only $20 versus the larger cabana's for $40. We like having a dedicated space to rest and have a little down time and it was well worth the $20. ( I didn't see this option advertised online and I felt it was a good deal.)

My kids (6, 9, and 17) had a great time. I was able to relax in the cabana while they played in the big pool. There are two areas that have slides that my smaller children really enjoyed.

We did have one issue during our visit that took my rating from 5 stars to 4. I was with my 2 older children who wanted to ride the green and white slide with the tubes. The issue is there are not any extra tubes, you have to wait until someone comes down the slide to pass off the tube to you. Well, unfortunately, we waited 10-15 minutes while rider after rider, told us "I'm still using this one" and got back in line to ride again. I found this to be extremely frustrating. For me, it is obvious, that once you exit to pass off your tube to the next in line. If you would like to ride again, join the line and wait your turn for a tube. There was no life guard or staff member at the bottom of the slide to help monitor this. A kind gentleman saw us struggling to get a tube to ride and took it upon himself to walk to another attraction, grab tubes and bring them to us. I'm so thankful for that gentleman, who restored my faith in human decency, after witnessing so much entitlement. If it wasn't for him, our wait for a tube would have been more than the 10-15 minutes and most likely we would have just walked away without ever riding.

After that we just stuck to the big pool and the 2 smaller areas with slides for the younger kids. It wasn't worth the time or frustration to try and police the attractions with tubes.

The changing areas were plentiful and scattered throughout the property. The restrooms are what you would expect of a waterpark. The walkways are concrete so they don't get to hot to walk on with bare feet.

Overall, we enjoyed the park and will return again next summer. Please if you have taken the time to read this, be considerate of others while visiting the park, take turns, share, and most...

Me and my daughter to my grandsons yesterday. When we arrived the parking attendant on a golf cart was more than rude to us. He gave us a lift to the walkway that led to the gate. He drove so fast that my daughter thought they would be thrown off the back. After we payed and found seats the boys were having a great time and we got hungry so we ordered from the concession stand. The wait was about 30 minutes for 3 hotdogs, 3 drinks and an order of onion rings. We finally got our food. I asked for our drinks and the girl sat out 3 watered down Dr Peppers and slammed the window shut. They apparently made the drinks before fixing our food.. I went with my middle grandson to go down one of the larger slides on a tube. The attendants at the top were playing around and spinning everyone around before pushing them off. I was on one tube and my grandson was on another. I asked him not to spin me because I would get dizzy and vomit. The other attendant started chanting... Spin her! Spin her!!...I told him No don't! He pushed me off without spinning me but yelled Sorry Grandma!! ..Yes I'm a grandmother, but he yelled it in an insulting way. When my grandson came down after me he said he did not want to go down it again because those guys were laughing at me and calling me Grandma. We left about 5:15 and had to walk all the way up the hill and across the street from the park. As we were topping the hill, the guy on the golf cart came barreling toward us and turned on 2 wheels into a side parking lot barely missing us. My daughter yelled for him to watch out and he yelled cuss words at us and said his brakes went out. He then turned the golf cart around and started down the hill again and hit a power pole and the golf cart bounced from there into the bottom parking lot. We were not the only ones who witnessed this. This guy could have hurt someone. All in all we had a decent day. The park is alot of fun, but some of (not all) the employees are...

Apparently this place is under new management and is now experiencing understaffing. The day we were there, a Wednesday in July, it was woefully understaffed for the mumber of patrons and they were unable to enforce their rules. Consequently, I witnessed various children, ages of about 3-4 to about 12, with no adult supervision, engaging in risky and/or mischievous behavior. One small child was climbing up a slide the wrong way and was almost hit by my wife on the way down. She managed to scoop him up and bring him safely to the bottom. Other kids were line jumping, mistreating younger kids, and similar stuff.

This park is probably most appropriate for small children, because there are only 3-4 slides that older kids (13+) would find fun. Also, I noticed a lot people, both adults and children, getting stuck on the slides and several times the attendants would let the next person go, not knowing the previous rider was stuck, which would invariably cause a collision. I didn't see anyone get seriously hurt, but the conditions for serious injury were there. However, for little ones, there is an abundance of activities appropriate for them.

The food was mediocre, but I thought the price was fine, about what I would expect at an amusement park. Unfortunately, like every other part of the park, the concessions were understaffed. One person was taking orders for a line that wrapped around the building and if you're not going to allow guests to bring in their own food, this is simply unacceptable. It took me 35 minutes to get 3 drinks, during the peak lunch time. It took my wife another 40 minutes to get 3 chicken strip baskets, later when there was nobody else in line!

Overall, I think this place is ok. It's fine for small kids, but there are better options for older kids and adults. They really need to fix the staffing problem before someone gets seriously injured. Until then, I recommend closely...
