Landscaped entrance w portable potties and parking lot: open til 10pm. Perfect quick walk to watch sunsets on a bench, or you can go off on hikes in several directions. Overlooks the inlet and downtown Anchorage. A bit of a beach with sand and driftwood, edged by rocks. Lots of bicyclist and dog-walkers. Bring your camera!

This is one of my favorite parks. The wide open space makes it easy to watch the kids even when they are doing different things. It's right of the coastal trail so it's a nice way to start or finish a nice long walk or bike ride. There are also tennis courts and softball fields.

This park is AWESOME! So totally reminds me of WII sports or something! Got a kids playground, a tennis court, 2 baseball fields, an overlook, lots of bike pathways, and last but not least an actual sand beach! Best park in Anchorage!

I've been going to this park my whole life and it hasn't changed hardly at all. Its a wonderful place to go with family, kids, friends or just by yourself to take a refreshing walk or head down to the coastal trail to walk down the beach and enjoy the view of sleeping lady and the inlet. Such a beautiful place, me and my fiance plan on getting married there in the near future as its one of our favorite places to spend...

BEST PARK OF 2021. ** for MY littles. Tons of friendly children & PARENTS ! On our walk over it was SO HOT a neighbor stopped us and gave us a BRAND NEW STROLLER. Thank you for that your an angel! We got to enjoy the coastal trail walk while learning about new things, and we get to watch the planes fly! ** my littles of 3 ynder 5 are OVERLY happy! So is this mama ♡ ** picture updates later but they dont do the justice...

Nice waterfront park. Baseball diamond, tennis courts and bike trails along the water. 3 porta potties.....even 1wheelchair accessible if you use a wheelchair. Relatively clean as well. Enjoy the Waterfront that Anchorage has to offer. Watch the ships come in, bring a guitar, sing kumbya. All for the low low price of free. So pry the kids from the PlayStation and get outside.
