Overrated!! Over priced. Although the atmosphere is retro and the fancy tv monitors make it look cool. The paleta selection is seriously lacking. The ice cream is Kemps brand and not made in house, which makes me question the freshness of the paletas. The patio is disgusting dirty, the tables look as if they haven't been wiped down in all summer. I'm super disappointed 😔 with pop fizz. I would not recommend them unless you are at an event and they're the only palleta truck, well then they'll do. If you have to make a special trip to get paletas then skip popfizz you will be much happier with one from an authentic Mexican paletaria! (Even if you have to order in Spanish) at least the paletas are made from real cream and You pay for your dessert not the fancy hype. Pop fizz you let me down we...

Lively atmosphere, outdoor patio, interesting, innovative selection. I loved the various flavors of paletas; they have fruit, dairy, or vegan flavors, including mango chile, cucumber chile lime, prickly pear kombucha, Jamaica raspberry, avocado, to name a few. The ice cream tacos and cookie monster treats were pretty spectacular and the churros were hands down the best I have tasted in the state... crisp, cinnamon-sugarly that melted in your mouth. I noticed a good selection of savory options as well, including asada fries. They have cocktails and alcoholic shakes, such as the mudslide; beer and wine are available, too. Prices are reasonable, they have a food truck, and also provide intermission services at National Hispanic...

I stopped by their cart at the Bachechi Open Space after a 4 hour trail ride for a popsicle today, and the guy running the truck was absolutely delightful...so much so, I couldn't just stop with my Root Beer Float, I added a Watermelon as well (admittedly, I was torn between the 2, but he was so sweet I had to get both). There are not words enough to describe just how delicious and spot-on the flavors were!! It was childhood on a stick! Somehow, these treats didn't immediately melt in the 104° heat, so I could savor both properly. I work and ride near this location and will definitely be looking for this truck again and again all summer!!! You owe this popsicle to your 10 year old...

The google listing of the menu is outdated!! Get current, Google! The staff were friendly, service great, clean and even room to sit inside( 3 tables and stools at a bar). Opens at 11 am, and paletas are delicious- $2.50 each. Chocolate tacos are $6. The quesadilla comes with sour cream and guacamole, adding the grilled steak for $2 made it almost $7. But delicious!! Such flavorful beef. Hope to go again and try one of their many creative flavored popsicles!!

Pop Fizz is my go-to spot for paletas, and don't get me started on their ice cream tacos! You can taste the quality of their ingredients and prices are super affordable. Walking in is like entering a rainbow wonderland of yum. I also love seeing their food truck and honestly can't think of a time I didn't get something when I saw it! Local perfection.
