LaBelle Winery Amherst Event Center — Attraction in Amherst

First time at LaBelle but not the last. We loved the place, it's a beautiful building, service was great, our waiter was Aidan and he was very attentive and professional , everyone was very friendly and welcoming ( I love places that make you feel like they are happy to see you) We had a reservation and were late because my GPS stopped working and I took a wrong turn and they were super understanding. The food was so good, we shared an appetizer, a main dish and a bread basket, it was just me and my mom and it was way more than enough food. I tried one of their wines and it was very good. Presentation was amazing, everything came out hot ( I saw some reviews complaining that the food was cold) and talking about that I have one little advice. Food came out for the table next to us and was left on the serving table, their waitress was making drinks for another table and there were 4 other waitress just chatting by the bar, they all saw the food and nobody took it to the table. The owner came in at some point and didn't say anything to anyone, he joined the chat for a minute. Maybe that's the reason the food comes out cold some times? We had such a wonderful experience at LaBelle Winery for our son's engagement brunch. When the event turned into a surprise wedding announcement, Labelle was very accommodating, allowing us to bring in a "Just Married" cake last minute and moving a few things around the room to mark the occasion. Erin, the event coordinator, was always quick to return calls and keep the communication open so no details were missed.

Our guests had a great time in the Vintage Room especially utilizing the patio for outdoor photos. Our host Julie was fantastic! She was there at every turn to make quick changes and requests. The food was delicious! All the guests raved about the brunch and the variety they were offered.

We had a beautiful wedding at LaBelle this past September, and it was all thanks to the wonderful staff for making it happen. Working with Caitlyn to plan the day was a breeze- she guided us on all of our decisions without causing any anxiety, and gave her expert input whenever we were uncertain. She was extremely detail-oriented, and was a big reason why we chose to go with LaBelle for our venue. Also a big shout-out to all of the wonderful staff that helped the day to run so smoothly. Ari, Michelle, and Taylor had our schedule on lock-down and took care of all the little behind the scenes issues that we probably never even knew about.
