Puffers could be much better but it is what it is; the only true pond in Amherst. The views are beautiful, the trails are great for hiking and the water does it's job on a hot summer day. Tradition includes swimming across Puffers, jumping off the rocks (which is not allowed) and watching the waterfall.
Huge pro: FLOATATION DEVICES ARE ALLOWED
Fishing is allowed; no picnic tables or grills available.
