Beautiful spot where the Mill River cascades over a dam, creating a tranquil waterfall. I visited after some rain, so the falls were flowing nicely—though I imagine it's even more impressive in the spring. There's a path leading down to the base of the falls for an up-close view, or you can enjoy it from the sidewalk of the nearby bridge. A peaceful destination for nature lovers.

Beautiful man made fall. Why is it in a private property? Can only view it at the bridge. However, the area around the Puffer pond is a nice picnic spot, great walking trail too.

Great view! You can go down to come very close to this falls. There are two parking lots (including on-street spots) around the Puffer pond. Park at any one of them and start walking around the pond (via 0.8 mile loop of Puffer trail, not currently marked in gmap, but once you start walking around the pond, easy to figure out) and you will encounter this falls. Help respond is a beautiful place to go to relax unwind talk with friends talk with loved ones there's so many trails you can hike access to the pond for swimming it is a setting that just relieves all the stress definitely a place to go just don't trash it and ruin...
