I just want to respond to the owners response of their employee Rosie. You were given bad information unfortunately. I'm glad you trust your employee but we spoke many times on the phone and from the start there were mistakes. From double charging us on the deposit to, scheduling the wrong room and us trying to correct it but, then being told the room was now booked in our time slot. At this point we had sent out invitations so the time was locked in. Her solution was to upgrade packages but keep our price as long as we didn't go over twelve jumpers. That part is correct but she never told us the room would not be on the ground floor with the kids. Obviously when we got there there were questions. She didn't even try to be professional. My wife stated she booked a ground floor room but, that is all she was able to say because, she was cut off by your employee. Rosie was obviously in a bad mood. At this point we are stuck is not like we are going to tell our six year old ( that's right he's six not eight. Just another mistake she made after being told three times) sorry your birthday is canceled because of the mean lady l. So we went upstairs. I'd like to point out this interaction was maybe two minutes we weren't crazy customers trying to argue or being "Karens". After taking things upstairs I went and asked Rosie for her name for the review, she gave it but rudely. At this point I said " I don't know if you're having a bad day and I know that customer service sucks but it's never okay to treat a customer how you did today acting like a b word to a customer is never a good thing." So if that is the profanity you implied in your response I think once again you received bad information because the actual word was not used nor did I really call any one that. All in all if you say she's been a model employee for years I have to assume that is true and maybe she had a bad day. I would caution you for the future though. As for my family we will be choosing one of your competitors for future events and we will strongly recommend to others to stay clear as well. One more helpful tip, you may want to dust and do some cleaning it didn't look good from the balcony area in fact it was pretty gross. Reply if you want but this is the last energy I am willing to give this. At the end of the day you'll believe your employee i was just trying to give you a heads up. Good luck...
Read moreIf I could rate zero stars, I would. The place stunk and did not have air conditioning. We attended a birthday party and our time was until 6:00 p.m. Four of us in our party, as we were cleaning up, were told it was okay to stay longer because the room was not reserved after us. We had everything out of the room by 6:30 at the latest, and we were told that we had to pay $35 plus tax for staying in the room too long. I just called and spoke to the general manager who does not seem concerned by the judgment call she made to charge us. I consistently leave high reviews but this was unacceptable and embarrassing for my sister in law. All the manager wanted to do was argue about the time that we were in the room and justify how being a small business, every penny is important. She stated that she would refer to her policy in her response to this review. I am happy that they have policies to protect the business but when an employee says you can stay longer, we did only to clean up. If we were trying to take advantage, we would have stayed there much longer. The $37 must mean a lot to them because there was about three or four other kids there the whole time we were there. Probably because it stunk and probably because it was 80° inside their building. Do not waste your time taking your kids here and being treated poorly by staff and management. They will tell you one thing and then once you're ready to leave, demand money and fall back on their policies. No wonder why no one was there. Pennies must be important but if they could invest a little bit of training to their employees and feel confident in turning on their air conditioner, it would have been much better....
Read moreI purchased one of those local business punch card books that had 2 for 1 punches for this place. I brought my kids in for a birthday party. 4 total. Totally forgot that I had that booklet with me. I realized that I had it while still at the facility and asked them to honor it. The owner of the facility flat out told us that they do not give refunds under any circumstances. That’s unfortunate. It’s not like I’ll ever come here again. It was HORRIBLE! I paid over $50 for my kids to jump on lousy, dirty, disease ridden trampolines. I saw human waste all over the filthy toilets. This place is easily the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY any parent could take their kids to. It’s a super spreader area where I watched 3 children smear their snot all over the common surfaces in the play area. Nobody came to clean it up. The vibe is highly depressing and the staff all have the enthusiasm of FoxCon workers.
If you actually love your children, you won’t bring them here.
Update 4/1/12025: the review reply states that it wasn't the owner that I talked to because the owners live out of state.
Of course they do.
An out of state business owner... sucking East Idaho local money away from the community. No wonder this place is managed the way it is.
And the punch card thing? It was a misprint? That's YOUR problem, not the consumer's problem. There are laws against this kind of stuff.
Again, that reply is FURTHER PROOF of what kind of people you are dealing with at this place. Stay away for your kid's safety and sake. Stay away for your community's sake. iJump is NOT by Idahoans, for Idahoans. They simply want your money by any means necessary.
This is truly a...
