It is a very serene area. No wake from fast moving boats. Not very crowded. The danger lurks below. I was paddleboarding and fell in. I became tangled in the weeds. Apparently they do not dredge the lake. If not for my life vest I may not be able to write this review. Beware of dangers below. Canoeing or kayaking, where you are less likely to fall in, are activities I would recommend.
