Outlaw Outfitters — Attraction in Andover Township

Im terribly unhappy with Outlaw. The customer service was horrible. One associate stayed connected to her tablet the entire time and when she did ask my friend and I if we were interested in anything she didnt follow up at all. I ALSO WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A 1600 dollar saddle though we had to ask repeatedly for help and both associates were not able to answer questions. When asking about boots there was no gumption to even try and help us find anything. And we would have gotten 3 pairs. My friend and I are all about customer service and the only thing we left there with was a pair of 6 dollar earrings. Oh and too boot we drove from Pennsylvania to visit. Not pleased and will...

Although I have not bought anything lately because I don't have a horse right now, I have to say Outlaw Outfitters has always had what I needed in tack supplies or clothing. Also bought a flat saddle many years ago at a very fair price. Lisa has been very generous in donating to my Saddle Up for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for several years and I have to shout out a KUDOs for her on behalf of myself, the hospital & the children at SJCRH. An amazing selection! I didn’t know there was a tack shop so close to me with a wide variety of products. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The western tack selection is huge and extends through the whole first floor. They have a variety of boots on the first and second floor (including my go to Ariat).
