Turtle Beach Marina — Attraction in Antioch

Disappointing experience. I left a $50 deposit for a boat rental back in July and I still haven’t received a refund. Our boat reservation was cancelled due to high wake (which is totally understandable). But, I still have a $50 charge on my back statement and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I’ve called multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. Every time I contact them, I get excuses about not seeing the charge on their end or just straight up ghosted. Great experiences so far. I recently purchased a small 15 foot runabout boat in November. Mark who owns the marina was able to find a space for me to store it inside away from the elements for the winter at the last minute. Tim, who runs the service department, was able to get the boat winterized last minute for me too. I was so happy with how accommodating they have been I just recently decided to use there summer in/out service. I look forward to a great boating season at Turtle...

Tim and his partner are one of the best people I met in my life. Very professional and a really really good sales man I highly recommend this boat rental to everybody. And don't get me started on the bar was fantastic, me and my wife and kids had a blast (yes I said kids) this bar is kid friendly and family oriented they really know how to welcome the kids.
