🐾 Triad Teresa’s Hometown Highlights: Barkdale Park in Archdale, NC! 🐾 If you and your four-legged best friend are looking for a great place to play, you’ll love Barkdale Park, located at 214 Park Drive in Archdale, NC. This beautiful dog park is designed with plenty of open space, shaded seating, and separate areas for large and small pups—perfect for safe socializing and exercise. The park also features a fun agility area for dogs, complete with obstacles and equipment to keep your pup active, engaged, and entertained But what makes Barkdale Park even better is its location in Archdale—a small but thriving city in the Piedmont Triad. With easy access to High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, Archdale is known for its welcoming community, family-friendly neighborhoods, and plenty of outdoor recreation spots. From Creekside Park’s greenways and sports fields to the city’s growing local businesses, Archdale offers a great balance of small-town charm and convenience. ✨ Whether you’re here for the parks, the people, or the perfect place to call home—Archdale has a lot to offer! And as always, I love exploring and highlighting the places that make our communities shine. If you (or someone you know) are thinking about buying or selling in the Piedmont Triad, I’d be happy to help guide you through the process while keeping you connected to everything that makes this area such a wonderful place to live. There are three different sections to the dog park, a nice little shaded area, and every time I've come here, people and dogs have been really good and friendly. Lots of really good dog people 🐕🐾

Barksdale Dog Park: A Paw-some Place for Play!

Barksdale Dog Park is a fantastic spot for dogs to let loose and have some fun! The park is well-maintained and offers separate areas for small and large breeds, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. The spacious layout provides plenty of room for dogs to run, play fetch, and socialize with other furry friends. The park also features a variety of amenities, including benches for owners to relax, water fountains for dogs to stay hydrated, and waste stations to keep the park clean. The friendly atmosphere and dedicated dog owners make it a welcoming place for both dogs and their human companions. While the park is generally well-behaved, it's always a good idea to keep an eye on your dog and be aware of your surroundings. As with any dog park, there may be instances of playful scuffles or overexcited dogs, so it's important to intervene if necessary. Overall, Barksdale Dog Park is a top-notch facility that provides a fantastic environment for dogs to exercise, socialize, and have a great time. If you're looking for a place to take your furry friend, I highly recommend checking out...

Great dog park, the small dog park could be way better as the big dog park is way better in size. I took my dog here a week ago, this lady had her dog that was definitely over 25 pounds in the small park. Owners need to be more aware that putting a bigger dog in the small dog lot can be dangerous, the lady’s dog was jumping all over my 6 pound maltipoo. She did nothing but sit on her phone, I had to grab my dog before she got hurt by this dog. Not only that but she let her dog use the bathroom and not clean it up, some people need to do better. I was also disappointed in the fact that the water for the dogs wasn’t working, that is not safe to not have a working fountain for dogs. I had to walk over to the restroom by the volleyball courts to get water out of the fountains, then came to find out they weren’t...

would be a nice dog park ! i was there at 10 am - large dog -and there was poop everywhere. i didn't even go very far in, but i counted coming in and behind the first row of trees about 8 piles of poop. they should close the park for a day if that happens and let peole know why the park is closed. reopen and when if it happens again, keep the park closed for longer period of time, people gonna get mad, because there is a lot of pople there and dogs love it. maybe the people who clean up will tell the once who do not clean to step up and maybe learn something , like responsibility...
