How lucky was I to find Jenna Valero 3 years ago?! Before her, I had never found a hairstylist I wanted to call “my own.” But she’s stuck with me now! Blonde, red, brown, we’ve tried it all and I always love it. Most of the time when I go in, I just tell her “whatever you think.” Thats alot of trust you give someone with your hair and she’s never let me down. She’s always given good recommendations when I’ve asked. She is flexible and fits me into her schedule (even last minute), never rushes, and always takes her time to do things right. She’s talented, patient and friendly. Ive spent plenty of hours in her chair and its very obvious, while none of the other ladies at creekside have done my hair, they are all super nice and their clients always leave looking great too. I got my hair cut and colored by Lauren this week. To say she butchered my hair is an understatement. My hair is very noticeably shorter on one side than the other- she buzzed the back and sides of my hair so short that you can see my scalp. All the gray hair I went in there with is still there but more prominent. I brought a picture showing what I wanted and the end result was nothing like the picture. I was there for 3.5 hours and came out with essentially a bowl cut with brown on the top and lots of gray on the sides and back. It was not blended in at all.
