Ozark Mountain Ziplines — Attraction in Arkansas

Ozark mountain zip lines was a great destination for the purpose.

My first impression was their bathroom, which after viewing really put into perspective the attention and care that went into the upkeep of the facilities. These bathrooms were immaculate. They had a/c, fresh paint, great air freshener. There was so much effort put into the bathroom that you knew there was multiples of that out into the rest of the place. It immediately sets you at ease with expectations of the great hands you'll be in.

The staff was incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There was constant communication between the staff indicative of their training and care for customers/riders.

The Zipline is incredibly fun. The first two zip lines were practice and had lulled me into a minor sense of disappointment. However all of that disappointment was zipped away (you're welcome) when riding the third line. The rest of the course was incredibly fun. The staff moved the party along at a consistent pace so things didn't drag too terribly. They also did a fantastic job of rotating first riders per line so you weren't stuck waiting till the end of every line if you had poor placement at the start.

Me and my 82 year old mother decided to ZipLine for the first time in our lives. We had the best experience possible as far as the ZipLine and view itself. But Kanea took my frail 88 pound mother under his wing and tethered himself to her. He and Mac were the kindest, most patient, friendly, and ever so professional with safety being their priority. They answered questions and visited with each one of us as comfortably as if they’d knows us their whole lives. I am grateful there were only 4 of us that did the 8 zip lines cause we kind of slowed them all down but the newlyweds that were the other half of our group were also so wonderful. We all expressed our fortune for having such a great group of people and great guides. Oh, and I recommend using the GoPros. We got some great footage. I left mine on a few times when we were on the platforms so I could capture our visits. My mom and I ABSOLUTELY recommend this ZipLine adventure for anyone and everyone. Late to the fun at 65 and a big stretch of my comfort zone, but Ozark Mountain Ziplines was the perfect place to land. Gaining detailed information, purchasing tickets and signing waivers was a breeze through their website. The gearing up process built assurance of safety as it was handled in a brisk, professional manner and followed up with an additional check on the fit of the gear by a second person. The process was clear and questions encouraged. The nerves I felt on the first 3 lines, soon became anticipation for the next thrilling zip. Was fun to watch Justin build confidence in the youngest in our group (5yrs) and that, bolstered my own. Enjoyed the comraderie from all in our group from several states and Kaylie our second guide keep us moving smoothly and feeling safe for each zip and Justin hauled us in and got us unhooked like the pro he is.
