Updated 2025: Black Caps ( black raspberries) are at their peak right now, at Biringer!

Blatant THEFT AND STEALING BY MY FELLOW CUSTOMERS has also hit a peak. And that kind of thing will put this farm out of business. So yes, I do have a problem with that. They're going to ruin this for everyone.

I watched a mid 40s woman and a teenage boy with her, walk over from the strawberry field with a completely empty U-Pick basket. They started eating handfuls right off the bushes. I called her out, and she smiled, laughed, put her empty basket down and walked away.

Berries are this farm's commodity. Had this thief grabbed cash from their til or had she walked past paying customers with berries and not paid, it would be blatant theft.

But what she did was no different.

If this farm alters their operations -to save their farm business- remember whose fault that is.

They were stealing simply because they can, and have no remorse for how it affects others.

I'm onboard for whatever needs to be done for Biringer to stay in business. I hope next year's review update is more pleasant.

Updated for 2022 - Beautiful berry crop available for U-Pick again! I'm very grateful for this farm!!

One of the very few places around to U-Pick Black cap raspberries. (Commonly; Black Raspberries). Excellent crop, website is updated accurately with crop updates so you...

I’ve been wanting to go here for years and finally did today. It’s way out in the country and is a huge place. I came for the blackberries and was able to pick about 1/2-2/3 a flat in half an hour and it cost around $42. It’s a bit pricey but the berries are big juicy and so much sweeter than anything pre-picked you can buy elsewhere, even at farmers markets. Pre-picked flats with 6 pints were about $30. The field was a bit of a walk on very uneven ground so if you’re disabled or have foot/ankle issues this probably won’t be the best option. Definitely wear closed toed shoes and if you can, waterproof, because my feet were soaked to the point of making that squishing sound when you take a step. The berries still have thorns but they’re propped up to where to can mostly avoid getting pricked and scratched. I really enjoyed my time here, there were plenty of berries, not very crowded, and the staff lady was very sweet. I’ll be back next...

This was our first visit to the farm but it was really great.

Coming down the road there are 2 gates you can enter to park and right up front if a kids play area. It has a few tunnels and slides. And a wagon, plus picnic tables and a snack stand. The snack stand has ice cream, coffee and smoothies I think they might have donuts on the weekend.

We decided to get raspberries instead of strawberries since the field is closer and we had a wagon. The strawberry field you get to take a tractor over that runs fairly often. There are carrier trays in the barn.

The raspberries were thornless and so our kids could easily pick them as well.

Pricing is great was 3.5$ per lb for raspberries and 3$ for strawberries (I'm not sure if pricing changes). They have already boxed berries in the barn if you just want to grab and go, and jam...
