St Leo's Holy Rosary Church — Attraction in Ashley

What a gem! I stumbled on this church while desperately needing to attend confession. Unlike many churches that offer 2 weekly confession slots (sometimes just Saturdays), this church offers it 4 or 5 days a week. Although it's an early time, it's still there more than other churches.

Father Dang is patient and loving.

The church itself is beautiful. Lovely white statues near the marble alter. The stain glass windows are a work of art alone. The red carpet with dark wooden floors and interesting pew design offers a comfy/warm feeling.

If you want to attend confession at 7:45am, come a bit earlier so you can catch the small rosary group. It's a perfect way to prepare for confession. I usually sit in the back and join in quietly as I wait for Father Dang. It's a beautiful experience.

I also wanted to mention how nice it was that their mini book store was accessible in the back corner. The books are free, but you should donate if you have the cash on you.

What a wonderful church that provided us with a beautiful baptism for our son. Such a blessing to welcome us into the church and accommodate our needs. We felt the spirit and are very grateful. Beautiful church and Father Dang is always such a joy with beautiful words...
