Pizza Bella - Hanover/Ashley — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Have always loved their food and are most definitely "frequent flyers", but we have noticed Pizza Bella Ashley has gone downhill terribly lately. We ordered a thick crust pizza tonight and it was pathetically thin for "thick crust", definitely not as thick as times past. According to the employee, they double the dough. If we got double dough then it's proof how sadly thin their regular pizza has become. Ordered red garlic buffalo bites and got mild. Not the biggest deal, mistakes happen They did replace the buffalo bites, as they should. But, rather than being apologetic that we had to make another trip there after their screw up (which was their mistake, as they ran the wrong thing up when taking the order), the employee acted as though she was doing me a favor by replacing my order with what I ordered in the first place, zero consideration that gas is $5/gallon and we had to return. Bare minimum customer service and some of the employees are super snarky. As far as the pizza goes, we actually started ordering thick crust because their regular crust got so pathetically thin. The prices have skyrocketed and the service and quality has noticeably plummeted. At first, we thought it was just a fluke (everyone has an off day), but it's become the consistent norm with the past several orders we've received. It's far too expensive to keep rolling the dice hoping for the quality that once was Pizza Bella- Ashley....

I've been ordering from the Pizza Bella in Ashley for few years now,and not every now and then - very often and my husband and I never have complaints. About a week ago we placed an order and 1 of the items was a cookie square (my favorite)- it was completely burnt, hard as a rock. Not only that - when the delivery driver handed my husband the food he said "sorry it's burnt" or "sorry the cookie is burnt". It late and they were closed by time we were done eating. I called next day and they told me theres nothong they can do- I had to call the GM. I called the GM not once not twice but 3 times,left name and number and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I JUST CALLEDto place another order and asked the person why no one is getting to me, I asked for manager and they said because it's been over a week, I have to speak to GM (who won't contact me). I'm extremely frustrated, all they have to do is replace the cookie square i dont understand how we spend so much money with this Pizza Bella, never had 1 complaint in the years we've been ordering from them, and the ONE time we have an issue, no one can help me? I'm extremely disappointed this is absolutely ridiculous. Theyre showing they dont give a shit about loyal customers. today is last day we're...

I gave this place another chance after having so many bad orders.I must be nuts but at least I try looking for the good but witch I could say it's just not here.This time I ordered a cheese steak with cheese lettuce and tomato peppers and onion..and mayo on a toasted bun and large cheese fries..Now I watched the young guy from the counter put 3 slices of American cheese on the bottom of the bun and put in the oven.Then take it out still was not toasted hardly any meat no mayo little bits of lettuce and 2 little half slices of tomato and I mean little.Then sprinkel bits of mozzarella cheese on top no even melted.I did not ask for.Why put 2 different cheese's on my hoagie.I took it home it was the worst hoagie I EVER had.It was disgusting.Oh by the they gave small fries instead of large with no cheese sauce. I had to throw it all away total waste of my money.This kid does not know anything about cooking.... bottom of the barrel help... Never will I ever order there again never..You are going to loose a lot of customers with the way the place is allowed to serve sub par food.....also you need to have plain hoagie buns too.
