East Lake Park — Attraction in Atlanta

Hello everyone East lake park has changed at the playground new stuff for everyone to play on and get existing about that all can get plenty of fun, running, climbing, seesaw it's a amazing new kind of seesaw me and my granddaughter went on a natural path inside the Big, Big, Big trees with lots of long stretches breach look very amazing it's was a lots of trees that was very smooth and they were like brown dust on them never seen before there is some water running down the steam we had a leaf race She was the winner. Don't forget there is a beautiful place for Baseball, tennis courts (the baseball court has a amazing picture of the United states in a beautiful colors on the ground. Place where family can come and have fun, and a peaceful atmosphere a place where you can see your family members have fun at the playground beaches are very cool right in the shade. They have a baseball field for teams can play baseball it's brand new very safe place to visit and have lots of fun. On the outside there are lots of places to have a cookout plenty of safe parking spaces SO BRING ON THE GRILLS yummy ribs, hotdogs, hamburgers, kabobs, etc. Bring it on !! I have been enjoying East Lake Park for over 15 years and on Sunday was absolutely the worst experience I've had. An Atlanta Cop drove by and threatened us while we were cooking out! He never rolled down his window, he just spoke to us through the vehicle and threatened us for no apparent reason. Over agression of power not needed. There were a few prominent people there as well that was just absolutely shocked at the officer's behavior. This officer is a public servant in case he forgot and his job is to serve and protect. This review is regarding the tennis courts specifically. Went to play on a Sunday morning. The positives are the courts have lights and most of the leafs and debris were blown off. That’s where the positives end. This is NOT tennis court surface even though there are nets. The most horrible surface to play on. It’s an asphalt/concrete. The balls bounce sideways because the surface is uneven. And the nets are shot. You can’t raise it to the current height. These people who live nearby clearly desire good courts. There were 2 sets of people waiting for us all to finish up. The residents pay enormous taxes and...
