Friday I made an appointment online for Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Z called me moments later saying that she was out of town in New York and had to reschedule for later that day which we did. I went up there, no one was there. I called and she said she was still in New York and could not make it back so we rescheduled again for Monday. Come Monday I go up to the shop at the time we agreed on again no one's there I called no one answers I waited no one came. Hours later she calls me saying she has so many missed calls from this number it must be an emergency and must be 911 because there's so many calls from this number(I called like 10 over the hour so yeah) . When I'm trying to explain that I had an appointment today and waited outside for an hour for her she hangs up on me and blocked my number. I was being really understanding with the reschedule and I appreciated the communication but that was just too much, to unprofessional and just not handled in a good way. “Z” failed to let us know that instead of coming to us as discussed over the phone she apparently overbooked herself and started talking about her other clients she had while she was supposed to be taking care of us. No one on earth would set an event up, purchase food, decorations, and beverages without the understanding that they were coming to give a service. She was very rude as I tried talking respectfully. I called her when the appointment page asked for my address to clarify that she would be coming to us. She says yes. We will come to you all. But failed to do that and also failed to take accountability. I’m upset because I tried supporting a black business but sometimes it’s not worth it.
