This so called "church of god" are NOT the "house of God"!! Just because you're a christian and you go to this sunday church service doesn't mean you're true follower of christ. It makes you look like a fool. I thought the church supposed to be a body (a temple) where the Holy Spirit dwells in, not the building made of their own hand made by man.

Let me be honest, this building is nothing but overly seeker sensitive friendly church movement. Both modern church service and the worship songs are now a contemporary and entertainment by their own styles (run by baby boomers, millennials & generation z) just to make them feel so good. This including to the youth ministry too. Reminds me of the Jesus Culture founded by Bill Johnson. Too many lukewarm christians that their life is nothing but sugarcoating. Plus, there is no fire of the Spirit of God anymore. Its burn out from the candle.

As the Lord said, "many are called but few will be chosen". Let's not forget that this church is surrounded by rich people in this neighborhood. It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than rich man to enter heaven. "Christians" has focused on external influences only and to pleased God how much "they've work very hard" from their own works so they can draw attention to themselves and believing that God will "reward" them. That's like saying rich people "work very hard" while poor people are "lazy". This church is part of...

A few years ago I was invited by a friend to attend Mt. Paran Church of God. We arrived to church on time and were waiting for the service to begin. My friend asked me to close my eyes. The choir began to sing and I was blown away by their voices. Then she asked me to open my eyes. I was even more surprised. They are powerful considering the small size of the choir. What is even more beautiful is that the choir, band, and orchestra are a melting pot and cultural blend of many nations.

I have always felt at home at MPC. They operate in a spirit of excellence with the understanding that they are a representation of the body of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. Pastor David Cooper preaches the Word of God directly from the Holy Bible. This church practices what they preach.

I recently joined the choir which is the best decision I have made this year. My only regret is not becoming a member of this church sooner. Nevertheless, I look forward to being in the house of the Lord on Sundays. There is no place I'd rather be. However if I absolutely cannot attend due to other obligations, I can stream it live on the internet. But if you want an encounter with Jesus, have a Holy Ghost experience, and feel the presence of God's love come and visit Mt. Paran. There is room...

I visited Mount Paran Church on 02.16.2020 at the 9 am service. When I first entered the building through the parking lot, I did not know how to get to the sanctuary. At least three members of the Church staff walked past me as I was looking at the signage. Finally, a member of the Church staff showed me how to get to the sanctuary. As I walked past the volunteer booths, no one said ā€˜hello’ to me. I did not get a good feeling at Mount Paran. I was hoping to make Mount Paran my home Church, but I will continue to watch online only. I enjoy the sermons from Pastor Cooper and the Choir. I am glad that I am not a person seeking to establish a relationship with GOD, because I could see how someone could get frustrated and not go to any Church. I will continue to pray for GOD to help me locate the...

I have been attending Mount Paran Church of God for 4 years and I love Pastor Cooper and all of the other ministers, staff members and volunteers as well. As soon as you walk up to the door you will be greeted with a warm and friendly smile! The members are very friendly! They even serve breakfast for a very meager cost. I always leave feeling uplifted and encouraged. I came to church today feeling fearful and Pastor Todd, one of the associate ministers, fed the feeling of fear right out of me and back to pits of darkness where it belongs!!! This a wonderful church with an awesome choir and it will not disappoint. Please come and experience for yourself!!

I visited this Church last year for the first time while in search of more of God. This has become my Church home and each time I go, I receive more and more of him. It's an amazing atmosphere to truly Worship and hear from God. Our church family is creatively coloured by the various ethnicities, but together we are one. You feel the loved and welcome everytime you visit Mount Paren in Atlanta. Feel free to join us in the Lord's House for 9am or 11 am worship.

This has been my church for many years under pastor Dr. David Cooper. Each Sunday you hear an inspiring message based on the word and not a person’s beliefs. The music is very uplifting with an excellent orchestra and band. The people are very warm, friendly and inviting. They welcome everyone at this church. Each Sunday you are greeted by multiple people saying ā€œWelcome Homeā€
