Unfortunately Im having to rate a one. Paid $10 ($5/ person) and under 2 is free. I asked how often the wagons ran and was told every 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes by the tractor my wife kindly asked if it was still running or not, and the person told my wife they don't know. Then asked if there was anyone else to ask and told no. Its sad because we were really looking forward to enjoying a ride with the little one and getting some apples but ended up leaving 10 minutes later. Ive spent more on less but this was a waste of my hard earned money. This day they were slow and the young lady could have used the phone she was playing on to get answers.
EDIT** Management did try to contact me about offering to wave my fees since I paid but didn't receive any services, and to that I thank them for trying to remedy this issue, however, our family has since found a different local farm to patronize and will not be...
Read moreFair warning, apple picking season at Centennial is over.
My family and I visited the farm yesterday (9/7/25) and the trees are pretty much barren. There were a few small ones deep inside the tree's here and there, but pretty much everything left looked like disease hit the farm this year. We weren't the only family that held the same sentiment either, and people were not very happy. I think what made it so much worse was the "admission fee", as we paid 25.00 to be driven to purchase their produce, only to be met with... well almost no produce to purchase. The bag we did manage to fill cost about 22.00. So one bag of apples at the farm totaled 47.00 in the end.
Due to the final cost we opted out of buying any of the products from the barn this year, although we always did in the past.
I highly recommend going to another farm if you still want to actually pick apples...
Read moreDisappointing apple picking experience. The website didn’t advertise that there is a $5 field admission before also purchasing the apples. I know this has become normal at orchard’s and would not have bothered me if it was advertised on the website. Also, no big deal if there were actually many apples to pick. It looked like the apples had been mostly picked weeks ago before pick your own opened and these were just the leftovers. Most apples were already rotting on the tree and this was only the second week of pick your own. Not the experience we have come to expect from many years of picking here. Either the orchard is not healthy or the business model has changed away from prioritizing...
