Diamond Lakes Library — Attraction in Augusta

This library has gone extremely down hill in the last few years. The workers seem annoyed to do their jobs and treat guests like they have an issue with them coming into the library. They also do not check the book drop off, resulting in fines on the patron's account at no fault to them. Also, there is no point in doing holds at this library because they will never pull them even though they are available in the library. I ventured into the library to renew my card after many years not using the library. The front desk clerk was very rude. I had not been in this library and the layout was new. I have been going to this library since it’s been opened and it has always been my favorite one to go to.
