I was planning to rent the indoor pool area for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. Called Gale several time, left VM but no respond. After calling for literally 2 weeks I was able to connect with her. She was very rude and short when I told her that I left her several messages to book the pool area. She sounded like I was bothering her by calling. She told me to send her an email for the date requested and she will let me know if it’s available. I sent an email same day but no respond for 3 weeks, meanwhile I sent her several emails for follow up. I called again after waiting 3 weeks and she said she was busy that’s why she get a change to respond but the dates I requested are not available and asked me to send an email other dates. So once again I sent several other dates which will work for us and once again no respond from her for another 3 weeks. After attempting to reach her via calls and email she finally responded to my email with payment request and rules for the pool but still didn’t confirmed dates with me. So at this point I sent her another email asking what day is available so I can plan the party, sent invitation, and complete the payment process. It been another month and still no respond. I also left a message for the next level up but no response from him either. This has been the...
Read moreWent to an event here and the AC was broken in the performance room. I understand that is out of the weekend staff's control. We were moved to a conference room because the performance room had reached maximum capacity. A group of us were told we could watch a live screening of the performs e. We watched as the poor technology guy worked himself to a sweat trying to get it to work. When the screen finally cam up, there was not sound. There was not sound for over an hour of the performance. Still, not the worst thing. Then the screen went out. THERE WAS NO EMPLOYEES AROUND. Several people went to find someone and no one was to be found, when the front staff was told, they replied that someone was working on it. During this time, no one came in the conference room to let the rest of us know anything. We were all there for a children's dance performance and missed a great deal of it. It was an awful experience. When the screen finally returned, there was sound. Again, the tech guy was the only one doing anything. Another employee could've easily addressed the room, telling us what was happening. I truly hope I never have to see another performance at this...
Read moreBeautiful, well maintained facility with a resistance swimming pool that they call the lazy river in addition to a hot tub, two shallow areas, a splash pad for kids, and two lanes. Be aware that the pool has written rules and unwritten rules. One unwritten rule that not all life guards follow is that even adults must use large floats when walking in the resistance pool if the sprinkler water is on for the whole area (mainly for the splash pad, but the Lazy River resistance pool gets plenty of downpour. Written rules say adults don’t have to use their floatation devices. The water is about 3.5 ft deep. This should be absolutely unnecessary, or at the least the written rules should be updated so that potential members get a chance to know the rules before joining. I use the resistance pool to help me build strength in my hip from a break. I have no need to carry a floatation device to walk in their pool, and I am not alone. The lifeguards change out every 30 minutes or so, and one to the next may change their minds and call you over to get a tube to carry even if you are the only one in the...
