I wish we had a complex like this closer to home, it's a great place for soccer games! Beautiful artificial and grass fields, lots of parking and a fairly good flow of traffic, trails, playgrounds, and restrooms. We like when our kids have games here! The only time we weren't a fan of the artificial turf was playing on it in July for a soccer camp, my kids' feet were burning in their cleats by the end of the day. The days were extra warm for that time of year and the fields were another 10+ degrees hotter. I couldn't be on the field for more that a few minutes, I have no idea how so many were playing soccer on it. I wish they'd use the grass fields instead, they were open. Read moreWe visited this part for my boys' baseball tournament. I would say it was pretty easy to find. We took the toll road from where we live. The park has cool structures and also a very very nice football fields that we could see from where we were playing. It was also really nice they each section of the baseball fields had its own covered playground for siblings that were not playing baseball. The bathrooms were real bathrooms and they were clean. I've actually been coming to the area just about all my life (I'm 51 so decades) this area has brought joy and tranquility to my life. As well as coal Creek arena which is just ajasant to the south. It's nice to have the best of both worlds. Dog part and all the trails that one could want and so close to the city. If you want the openness of a park you have the sports park and if you want to be one with nature you can go just south to coal Creek arena and hike trails for hours...
