Aurora Sports Park - North Fields — Local services in Aurora

In the summer the grounds themselves (Astro turf) heat up to an unbearable level. Management here is spotty. They will let 5 pickup games play and allow locals to use the grounds. This is what I have seen them allow although they claim they do not allow any pick up ganes here. However, if a local decides to train his child here they declare that you cannot use the grounds for that purpose. If they want to charge a fee that is fine but why are you usurping large areas of the city for soccer facilities that are only made available to the public at your whim and fancy. This place is a disservice to the city of Aurora. ...

I'll admit I use the Sports Park for riding my e-quad and not for the various sports activities that tend to happen there, but it's a nice safe place to get in some exercise without having to deal with much traffic.
