Customer service is lacking. They only have one full-time person on the cashier this Saturday, arguably the busiest day of the week. They won’t let me pay even though I called in and the one guy said my car is done. And they don’t post their prices in the store like Jiffy Lube. The mechanics seemed to be fine though and produced documentation about my car multiple times. The gentleman who examined my tires also alerted me to alignment issues, which I appreciate because I don’t want to keep having the same tire issue. My only gripe is the two required processes: initial consultation and closing/payment. Both processes could use more attention to detail and management of expectations. I don’t think Discount Tire does this much better, however, they have more than one person helping people up front. Have you guys thought about automating these processes with a kiosk? Customers would love it. Also, we’re not going to write on your website—how about actual feedback?

Came here for an alignment on my truck. Craig, the manager, gave me a price $50 cheaper than I had expected, which was great! He even gave me a pair of safety glasses and let me check out the process, saying, “you’re welcome to check it out, we’ve got nothing to hide back there” Lonnie, the tech, was really knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He actually went far further than the extra mile by test driving and then recalibrating to ensure that it was fine. All-in-all this was a 5-star experience. I haven’t been to NTB in a while but I will definitely come back to this location.

Mopac/Steck location. These guys to very good care of me. They replaced a tire for free and they are very fast and friendly. I recommend going Monday-Thursday, I was there on a Friday morning and they were busier than the day before. They do brakes, a/c and other things and I will be using them when the need arises. Also, I took an old BMW battery in to have checked and they tested it and said it was still good, which is amazing, I think if you took a six year old battery to Autozone they’d say you need a new one with out even checking it! LOL

I said I'd leave a review and I'm finally getting around to it. First off, I love April. She's a straightforward and real woman who always looks out for her workers. I showed up with no appointment and it took me a very long time to get done, because of that I kept getting check ins saying, "hey did you know there's a dent on your rim? Well not anymore" "we secured you bumper a bit for you because it's been taking so long" all for free because I was waiting so patiently. Then at some point a woman came in, in tears. She had just bought a car and was hearing a really bad rattling sound at high speeds. She was terrified because her kids were in the car with her and the company she bought it from wouldn't take a real look. April comforted her and told her they were gonna do everything they can and get her back on the road. The woman thanked her profusely and she cheekily responded "well don't thank me yet, im still gonna charge ya for everything" and the woman laughed. The replaced her tire and the woman was so relieved that she hugged April and thanked her for taking her seriously. I was curious so I asked what happened she said "that tire had a huge bubble in it, im surprised they made it here without a blowout" i think she avoided telling the woman how dire their situation was because she was already terrified, and didn't want to scare her more. We talked for a bit about how important these things are and how them properly doing their jobs helps people and keeps lives safe. I have never once been wronged by an NTB and always trust them with basic maintenance. April was just the...

We took out 2019 Toyota Camry in for a routine oil chsnge 5 weeks ago. When doing the service they lifted the car and damaged the rocker panel and bowed the drivers side front fender. We were told someone would be in touch with us, after 2 weeks we were finally put in touch with their claims department. That person took another week to respond to my calls. After another week had passed after our conversation to get someone to look at it i had to call her back and she said she completely forgot about getting the appraiser out. She then told me she would call me back with a time he would be out. Another week passed before he finally showed up. He did the appraisal and said it would be to the claims office the next day. I called two days later and no appraisal. I have called numerous times since and left nessages each time with no response from the claims department. It has been over a month now, our car is still danaged and nothing but the sound of crickets from anyone. We have waited patiently throuhout this process and now feel completely putoff. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with a business. If there was a zero star rating or less NTB would deserve to get it. Customer service after the sale is horrible, not one call asking if the car was fixed. I will make sure to pass the word on to anyone looking for automotive services my experience and how terrible the service has been. I have been in the automotive business for 35 years and refer a lot of people for service. NTB will get a terrible...

I bought my tires there, 3 years ago. Along with that, I also paid for the lifetime balance and rotation. Yesterday, when I went in for that, they told me I might need a front end alignment. Really? Seemed fine the day before. They did the balance and rotation, absolutely free. It was under warranty after all. I basically went straight home from the place yesterday. Today I had to drive to the HEB down Loop 360. Wow, my car was pulling to the left? There was a cross wind, but I've seen worse. It was fine before I let them get their hands on my car. Can't be needing an alignment like they said? I got home, and thought I might have a low tire. I checked the two passenger side tires, they were ok, at 33.5 PSI like normal. Then I checked the drivers side tires. Both were at 38 PSI? Why? oh, I get it. Make it look like I needed a front end alignment. If it was an accident guys, ok, but I don't think so. I won't be back. Good thing I've only been driving for 40 years and know cars. Jeez. Update 4/9/2022. Update, my car is now definitely pulling to the left. All 4 tires, have the same air pressure, not over inflated anymore. Still windy. But with the wind blowing from my left, I'm still pulling to the left. The front end wasn't out of alignment before I took my car here, and now it is. Really guys? I took it there, and went straight home. No potholes, just deliberate on the part of the tire guy. Dirty guys, I...
