Berger's Cakes & Cookies — Attraction in Baltimore

Though you cannot directly visit Berger Cookies, they have excellent customer service. I had an issue with a package of cookies purchased via a provider on the store locator. Once I got in contact with the owner, she saw to it that I received fresh replacement cookies - being so kind as to validate "you deserve cookies." This meant so much to me as an out of town customer, given my purchase was my one chance to try their local specialty.

The cookies are unlike any I've had in the best way. It's the perfect pairing of what reminds me of a sugar cookie x brownie hybrid. The taste is just the right amount of sweetness and rich chocolate flavor, that makes you savor every bite. I'm so thankful to have experienced this unique cookie. I ordered some cookies for a gift. Three containers were delivered.

I was giving 2 as gifts so I tried one from the extra box. I threw all of them out after one bite. They were awful !!
