We had the most special day of our lives here and there's not a single thing I would change or do differently when it comes to our venue selection. If you are looking for a rustic, indoor/outdoor, family run, all inclusive barn wedding venue at a reasonable cost, please pay a visit here. Now if you are looking for actual details...here you go :) Originally we booked at another "all inclusive" barn venue and very quickly realized it was not at all a flat rate, it was actually going to be doubled when all was said and done. After some poor communication and seeing this was not at all what we wanted or signed up for, I cancelled there and went back on the hunt. Thankfully I found Lazy P. I share this to make other brides aware this happens, but what Tiffany quoted us on our tour is exactly to the dollar what we paid. No surprises later on, unlike the previous venue. Tiffany had a list of vendors we could partner with that offered special rates for Lazy P weddings. We partnered with a few of them. DJ Steve was awesome!!! Our family and friends had a BLAST of a time on the dance floor. He ran the ceremony and the reception flawlessly. Stick with him! He knows the venue and their process as he's part of the team and it shows. The bar vendor (Dumas) was not the easiest to work with, took quite a few follow ups to get responses from her (thankfully Tiffany helped me a couple times with a nudge) but at the end of the day, our guests had drinks and a great time, so mission accomplished. I also booked the hair and makeup team recommended. 50/50 on them as a few of my girls were not happy with their hair and/or makeup and ended up redoing it themselves. I didn't get what I asked for on my hair either but it was still pretty and wasn't a huge priority of mine. However, they are the best priced and still accomplish the look/job. If hair and makeup is a really big thing for you, glam is probably not their forte so I would suggest elsewhere. Tiffany and team decorated for everything, relieving a huge task off my plate. I didn't have to plan much decor at all, just had to tell her what I wanted and it was done when we showed up on our wedding day. I brought my own fresh flowers (Sam's Club bulk!) for our table center pieces and Tiffany cut and set up all of them how I asked and then displayed the extras all throughout the venue. Basically, just ask and if she do it, she will. Another HUGE time saver for you, if you are wanting BBQ style for dinner, save yourself the research. Go with Tiffany and her hubby for catering! I was most hesitant about this because we couldn't try it beforehand so we were going in blind for food. It was better than Mission BBQ and saved us probably close to $2k for what we wanted. It was delicious! The rest of the vendors used I selected outside of Lazy P's list but all were welcomed with open arms and treated like part of the team. The common feedback from our guests was "it was the most personal, family and home-like feeling wedding they had ever been to". Lazy P played a huge role in making our wedding special. Not so favorite parts... Ending time -9:00pm came really fast and we weren't quite ready to call it a night. We knew going into it of the hard stop curfew, but we definitely wanted to keep going if we could've just another hour. Not a fault of the venue, just an honest note to make. Bride/Groom rooms - not really a con but plan accordingly. They are very small and not somewhere 3+ people could get ready in. I booked an AirBnb close by and we got ready there. Not kidding, that's all I can think of. I hope a little more detailed review will help future brides. I honestly cannot speak higher of Tiffany, Jonathan, and the rest of their team. They make you feel soooo special all day long, they pamper you and keep you smiling. They make your big day come to life and truly enjoy celebrating with you! I would pick Lazy P hands down again, it was everything I dreamed of and more. Thank you Lazy P Team, you made our wedding one of the most memorable days...
Read moreWe recently got married here on November 1st, 2024, and it was an absolutely magical experience. Everything was beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere was perfect. Tiffany and her team have everything down to a science to ensure that your big day runs smoothly.
From the moment I stepped onto the property to view the venue, I was in love. It all seemed too good to be true, but it absolutely was true! Tiffany has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was amazed to find out that she handles all the decorating, set up, and tear down, and even provides a DJ and bartenders on site. Everything is included in her package, which was a huge selling point for me. It was wonderful to have such an amazing and beautiful wedding without the added stress of setting up and tearing down. I just had to show up, get ready, take pictures, get married, celebrate, eat, and then load up and leave!
When we met with Tiffany to go over the colors and decorations we wanted for the wedding, I was blown away by the amount of options she had to choose from. She had exactly what I had envisioned in my head and made my dream wedding come to life. During the rehearsal, Tiffany and DJ Steve made everything so easy and explained how everything would go on the big day, making it effortless.
On the day of the wedding, everything went just as smoothly. DJ Steve and Tiffany were there every step of the way to guide us through each part of the day. I always hear brides talking about things they wish they could have changed about their wedding day, but I honestly cannot think of one thing I would have changed. It really was the perfect day, and it’s all thanks to Tiffany and her team at The Barn at Lazy P Ranch.
Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautifully the barn was set up and decorated. Several people mentioned that we chose an amazing venue, which truly made us feel even more special.

We planned our wedding for a year and a half, everything was so smooth up until 6 months prior to the wedding, BUT with the all hands on deck from Tiffany, we were able to figure it out. Tiffany had an answer for everything we wanted/needed! She did NOT disappoint during the planning.
Now to our special day - they say “don’t stress on the day of, something will go wrong”, which is “normally” true… but at Lazy P Ranch, that is not an option. Our day was absolutely PERFECT! Down to every single little detail that we requested!!! The staff at Lazy P Ranch went out of their way to make sure our day was specifically planned to our wants and desires for our special day! Down to the very seconds of the music we wanted to walk out to, flowers, table cloths, all of it. We didn’t have to lift a finger on the day of, they served our plates and check on us alllll day/night!!
Not only was the staff absolutely wonderful - the PRICE and everything it included was very reasonable and affordable!!! The venue itself is also BEAUTIFUL inside and out!!!
Overall you just can’t go wrong with Lazy P Ranch!!!!
