Horrible! Got here at 11,waited 30 min, (due to capacity limit, no where did i see that they go by capacity) person in front of me allowed her friend to cut, spoke to cop on premesis and he spoke to staff and said they couldnt do much, when thier sign says otherwise. Then a lady came in cut and was allowed to go in while rest of was waited to go in. Thier excuse was "she paid" but thier employee had stated no ins and outs at all no excuses. But "the lady" was an exception to the rule??? Maybe because she was white??? Not coming back! Tbh for the price Texas City water park is way bettet and bigger compared to this one. Its sad they make people wait hours to get in if i wouldve known i wouldnt have made the trip to such a lame splash pad.

Is a small nice place in old Baytown They have Water slide, water is 4 ft on bigger kids side and for the little ones its 1ft 2 in. $6 Monday thru Thursday. Weekends prize differs. They provide vest. Negatives about here is that NO FOOD CAN BE BROUGHT IN unless you pay $30 for the cooler pass, my opinion is for one day is ridiculous. For the slide the vest is not permitted. You must be here early for a table in the shade. The person checking the bags and tickets to make sure you paid adviced us to leave our food in the car and we could go in and out if we got hungry. I was like lady my pizza will go bad. So we just ate outside before going in to the park. Other than that is a cool water park.

It's pretty busy every time we come here. The capacity limit is small at 120 so it's not overcrowded. The downside to that is that you have to wait in line if you don't get here early. 10:45 is a good time to arrive if you want to guarantee entry on the weekend. The kids love it. There are water cannons, water slides, a little ropes course and plenty of chairs and shade as well. It's $5 per person on weekdays and $7 per person on weekends. Kids are free 2 and under. There are lifeguards on duty at all times, it's just down the road from the house and it's better for smaller children here that's why it's great for me. The hours are 10-5 M-F and 11-7 S&S

Yesterday day my wife, my 2 children, and four other children got there at 3 pm they were not there more than 20 minutes. Because of the weather they turned the water off. My wife asked the staff if they were going to close? They said they don’t close until 6 pm; they said due to the weather they stop all water activity was which I understand, but they kept them waiting for a whole hour and my wife also had two special kids with her. They told them to stand by until they were cleared. My wife didn’t want a refund she asked if she can please have a rain check and they said No very rudely. After my wife showed them that is says on their website it was up to team member to give refund or rain check they still told her No very rudely. I have never had a problem with them, but they should’ve told them they were not going to open again. They didn’t they had her sitting there with the children that was...

All though the place and atmosphere are great. I recently came to Calypso on sunday August 13. I have been at home for most of summer and decided to bring the kids to have fun before school started. after a few days from returning home we began to feel sick, so bad I had to go to the hospital and was tested positive for covid-19. I have never had it before even at its peak and I’m 6 months pregnant so I take precautions when I’m out. Although it wasn’t crowded we went no where else after the water park so my doctor and I are certain we got infected by someone at the park. Just be careful if you go and wherever you go practice safe distancing. I’m not blaming the staff but certainly someone who was sick went the same weekend...
