Dollar General traditionally offers low prices on thousands of products, but that doesn't mean everything the franchise sells is a good buy. For example; It makes sense to buy things like candy, holiday decorations, and cleaning products. However, some items you should never buy are Electronics, (junk & does not last long) plastic eating utensils, (made out of bromine--linked to cancer) toys,(made from China & aren't tested by the Consumer Product Safety Commission) & canned goods.(high traces of BPA which is said to be harmful to children & disruptive to their reproductive system)
