Went for the first time to the 123 farm. We were there for the lavender event. It's pretty magical at night when all the lights turn on at the farm, and are plenty of places to take really good pictures. There were quite a few stores with all different sorts of items. They had everything from lavender lotions and oils, to all different flavors of balsamic vinegars and olive oils, different kinds of honey, jewelry, clothes. Basically all sorts of stuff. We had a good time walking around the shops. Bought some stuff to bring home. There was a variety of different foods to get. Most of us got the sourdough pizza. We tried the pear and prosciutto pizza, the barbecue chicken pizza, and the pepperoni pizza. Everybody enjoyed the pizza they picked. Somebody in our party got the bbq brisket with asparagus and mac and cheese and he enjoyed that. I would say that the food is priced on the higher end. We wanted to end our night having some dessert, so we decided to wait in quite a long line to get a funnel cake. The girl at the register told us that the wait was going to be about 35 minutes because they were so backed up with orders. We decided to go ahead and still purchase the funnel cakes because we wanted to try them. Well, after about 35 minutes we went to go check on our order and they said they were still behind making the funnel cakes so it would be a little longer we'd have to wait. By now it was after 9:30 and the farm closes at 10:00. Then they told us that they have to change out the oil in the funnel cake fryer. As we are standing there watching them pour in the oil we're thinking there's no way that that oil is going to get hot in a few minutes for them to be able to start making the funnel cakes. But anyway, they put in the oil and they're waiting for it to heat up, and they put a funnel cake in and nothing's happening, and then they look and realize that the flame is out so it was not heating up. By this time it was almost 10:00 p.m. so they refunded our money for the funnel cakes. As a suggestion to the farm I would say that they should cut off the line for the funnel cakes at least a half hour, if not an hour before the farm closes. Just so they don't have that same problem with the staff getting backed up with too many orders. The funnel cakes were priced at $20 each and we definitely thought that was overpriced. Sure, they might have been good if we would have ended up getting ours, but $20 is too much in our opinion. Also, be aware if you come to the farm and you are there at night, the grounds on which you are walking are very uneven. A lot of the paved areas you are on are very rocky and very uneven, and most of the time you are walking in dirt that is also uneven. So for anybody who is considering going, be aware that the grounds could be hard for elderly people to navigate and also hard even for those who have hip or back problems. Even though there are lights throughout the farm, the ground is very dark to walk on as there are no big lights shining down on the ground. Just something to think about if...
ย ย ย Read moreI love this place and have been coming for years! Iโve been to most of the festivals so hereโs a detailed review of most of them.
Sourdough festival is their most laid back festival. The sourdough is great, they tend to keep everything in a condensed space and shopping and eating are the main things to do. They do have workshops and wine/cheese tasting, but u do have to pay extra. Id say itโs best for a group of girlfriends or adults to have a chill time catching up and admiring the views and cozy weather.
The lavender festival/lavender nights are their money makers and they usually have their lavender products all year round. They have way more activities at these events and itโs much more photogenic in my opinion. Theirs usually live music and they spread the event out more over their farm. Iโve seen a small petting zoo and craft tables like making flower crowns etc. the lavender festival is fun time, great for romantic dates or family event! For the lavender nights, they had a night market that I went to with a bunch of variety of shops that I donโt usually see their. It was chilly and I just appreciated the warm food and live music.
For the Christmas event, itโs like the least chill of these festivals. Itโs jam packed, parking is out of control and the most expensive (just get their early and park on the street). But they do really go all out with the decore and theyโre so many things to do from writing to Santa to drinking ginger bread hot chocolate to seeing their little art displays in the cottages! Since itโs so crowded Iโd suggest going with a smaller group, but their are definitely an equal amount to do for both kids and adults.
Overall the food is always great and I can always count on it to be a good time while not being overwhelming to not enjoy the company I bring. Plus with Rileyโs Farm (great apple pie/fruit picking) and the huge outlet mall just 15 minutes away, I could make it a day event since theirs so much around!
my overall tip if you are going to multiple festivals would be to look at their memberships. Itโs $35 for one person for a whole year, which covers admission and parking. With parking anywhere from $10-$20 the membership pays for itself pretty fast.
Hope this was helpful and I hope you enjoy a trip...

The complaint will now sit in their file, but donโt give them your money. So, they are unabashedly stealing ours. Next step to contact our credit card company.
Posting on 123 Farm:
DO NOT VISIT THIS FARM OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! My husband and I are visiting the area, working as travel nurses for a short contract, and thought it would be fun to attend the Sourdough Festival at 123 Farm. We paid for parking and booked 2 hands-on workshops. We were informed last week that one of the workshops cancelled. We asked for a refund and they refused, saying they would give credit for another workshop or festival. I told them that no other workshops sounded interesting, we were not local to return to the farm, and so we needed our money returned. The response we got was that 123 Farm would only refund our money if we had selected the ticket protection plan upon purchase. This plan is to protect your funds should you, the purchaser, have an issue that kept you from attending the workshop, like an injury or illness. Itโs almost comical. We have no issues attending the class except that THEY cancelled the class. I sent an email explaining their logic doesnโt apply to the situation and thenโฆ radio silenceโฆ they wonโt respond.
It is absolutely asinine that 123 Farms will not refund our money. I am so turned off by this aggression, there is no chance Iโm attending their festival. I guess that means we lose even more money for not attending the second workshop, but they will be at a loss from me not spending money on their grounds. They have lost a future customer with usโฆ and hopefully more if this review is taken seriously by others. Bottom line, they are stealing our money, which says to me they are desperate for funds and will most likely do the same to other patrons.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to reporting them and my credit card company as making fraudulent charges.
BE WARNED! 123 Farm does not employ good,...
