What a great find. We just needed a spot for a small motorhome for the night and generally love little municipal parks when we can find them. This one was just a nice as could be. There were 5-6 rv spots with water and power…and a free dump station was close by. It’s a city park, with bathrooms, playground and swimming pool, and nice walking path around the whole thing. Was traveling from california to new york and on my way down interstate 80 i saw a sign that said beaver crossing. So i took the exit and the next thing i knew im camping for free in my car over night. Just what i was looking for since all the rest stops where closed and i dont like driving at night. Even cooler then this place even being here is the fact that back home my nickname is beaver. Least thats what my friends call me. Thanks for the hospitality beaver crossing, from one beaver...

Very very well maintained. The park is exceptionally well groomed and clean. Lots of playground equipment including special swings for those who can't use the common ones. The bathroom facilities are amazingly clean! The pool area is also clean and well maintained. Granted it is closed for the season but you can see the care that goes into this place. What a gem to stumble upon after a long day...
