Sad but fitting memory for the girl scouts memorialized in Angels Pass. You see, I was 12 when my first puppy love, Connie LaPrise, was killed in the accident along with Mrs. White and her daughter Sharon. The White's were family friends. They left behind two older sons and a father. Connie was going to get "friendship" rings from her father for us to share. Park is a memorial for the Girl Scouts. Several Girl Scouts were killed there when the bus they were in was struck by a train. Each girl that was killed has a bench with her name. I am not trying to bumm you out but that is the memorial of this park.
