I went today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.. this place states in the rules not to open anything, touch the stuff, take apart anything etc. then when we entered the escape room we were very confused on how to find things then were told after a while of time had passed that we were to lift up a floor board, take stuff off open hidden hatches etc. was misleading & the difficulty of the room was not crazy had but yet would have no clue where to start if you just walked in without any more context. The beginning video should include more context or clues to help get you rolling yet there absolutely is nothing that stands out. The rules of the room saloon and the poker table were very confusing as well as what if you don’t know how to play that game? Why incorporate that into an escape room? Was not fun, 0 enjoyment here and left almost in tears from such a miserable experience. Just a waste of time. Better off finding a place that allows you to have fun and open things, not one that warns you if you touch something it might break. Refunds are not given out as...
Read moreWe've been now three times to do the Western Saloon, the Prison Break, and the Bank Vault. We managed to escape each time but always did get hints. We did Vault with our 5 year old and Prison with our 8 year old and they really liked it so I think they are doable with kids even if it's mostly an adult activity. The game masters are good about making the hints little nudges in the right direction so you still feel like you're doing most of the solving. We still laugh about our time in the Prison Break room even six months after. The only thing that's a bit tricky (about all escape rooms) is that 4 out of 5 times you aren't supposed to mess with something so you're trying not to damage things or be a jerk, but 1 out of 5 times the things you thought "oh yeah don't mess with that thing" ends up being something you needed to mess with a bit. But again the game masters explain things in advance and always can give you nudges as needed. We've always had a good experience at this location and I haven't found the rooms to be too similar so you can do multiple and it's...
Read moreThe voice in my head is named Benson, he comes out a lot to tell me silly little stories, coincidently, I also was helped by a benson today! Benson told me silly little secrets and while walking us through the Egyptian escape room, we really bonded. We talked about his mother and where he was born and raised, Wisconsin. We even escaped the room on time with 7 minutes to spare! We then later talked as he took our photo, it was a sweet bonding moment. He showed us the secret lollipop stash, and I got my favorite flavor, black licorice. Then when I told him I didn’t have money to grab dinner, he gave me $25 for gas! When we left, I grabbed his number and he hit us up, and we later hung out that night, when we got to the spot (-bdubs) he paid for me and my friends food, how generous??? We then went home respectively to hop on the game, and got two crowned victory royales in Fortnite. I can’t think of the last time I met someone so outstanding in the customer service field. Benson was not only our game master, he...
