Absolute worst experience ever! I just typed out a huge review and accidentally erased it. I'm not doing that again.The manager was the one being rude. He yelled at me 2 minutes after I arrived. I told him he had bad customer service skills and his reply was "well then leave".We were having a child's birthday party. If I had a way to contact the people who hadn't shown up, trust me I would have left. Here we are standing waiting for lane's 40 minutes after my schedule time because they don't have 1pm party times but then said multiple times that it was his handwriting that wrote my name in the 1pm slot. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life.He wouldn't give me his name and told me nobody was above him. I know that's not true. At one point he asked me were we planning in picking up our trash!! We did not get everything that was due to us for booking the party. Tokens, tickets, return passes.Then, nothing was done to fix the problem when I finally did get a manager. She said she would talk to him. She did give us our tickets and tokens before we left but all of our guests had already left. We never got the passes to return for free. Not that I wanted them anyway but they were a part of the package deal. I could go on and on.We just had a party here for my nephew a couple weeks prior and there was not one single issue. Don't waste your money! Even partygoer parents were mortified if his behavior!!...

Visited on a late Saturday Afternoon with the family. The overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was great. The person at the front counter was super nice and even offered a more cost effective option for the whole family to bowl. The Bowling alley offers a great family environment and the lanes are up to date with the modern technologies. The cost for the whole family to bowl for 90 minutes was also a huge plus as it was super affordable. Only downside, which unfortunately for me is a big one, is the overall cleanliness. The restroom was, to put it politely, an absolute mess. I understand during peak times customes have a huge impact on that but I still got the impression that it wouldn't have been so bad if the business actually tried. It really seemed like there was zero effort to clean. The cleanliness, or lack there of, wasn't limited to just the restrooms, that was just the worst part. The tables were greasy, the floors were sticky...
