Went in to place a order. Cashier welcomed us and said we do our orders on the order thing they got set up. Started putting my order in and said you know what…it’s been a long day. I’m going someplace where they still manually take the orders. Lol so we left and went and spent that money at another restaurant. Ain’t nobody got time to be touching on no germ filled tablet trying to find everything they wanna order. When an employee can do it quicker and more precisely. Don’t not I repeat do not go into this establishment. They are very rude and nasty. They refuse to take anyone’s order they want everyone to use the self ordering machine. Which is totally unacceptable because you do not know if each customer is computer knowledgeable or even literate. So I repeat do not spend your money at this business….even the manager has no filter or control over the staff. Another occasion my wife and kids with there and had a horrible experience. One white employee was so rude to quite a few customers she said that came in to order. She even slammed her order on the counter causing her fries to fall all over the counter. She didn’t know the manager was behind him. Y’all how come she said the worker told the manager to handle that and like a regular crew member he did what she ordered the him to do.
