Phantom Lake Park — Attraction in Bellevue

Parking is limited but always available.

Activities: A quite park with nice view and place to kayak..on a clear day, you can find beautiful day, reflection of sky on this lake is priceless.. good for kayaking or cannoing for beginners..lovely lotus plant around the dock. Fishing is allowed. Picnic area is quite and lots of shade in comparison to other big parks in Bellevue. Restrooms are available and are clean.

Beautiful little park. Definitely my favorite in the area. It's hidden away in a quiet residential area and it's not a huge park and has no playground but the dock makes up for it. You can go fishing off the dock for Bass/Trout and it's a decent sized dock with a walkway and could probably fit 15+ people.
