I’m plus size (300 lb & 5 ft 2) and it was a pretty easy walk, little incline coming back up from the falls, but you can always step to the side to “enjoy the scenery”. 😉. Maybe a half mile to the falls & back? No steps & the whole thing was paved. Clean bathrooms too.
