We had a good time with are family visit at the park other than towards the of the night visit we were very disappointed in seeing the parks lifeguards staff in lifeguard uniforms recklessly horse playing in unsatisfactory unsafe and extremely dangerous behavior on the parks customer safe equipment and customer supposedly lifeguard safe swimming pools and customer lifeguard supposedly safe but seen and terrifying untrue from our experience while there because these were young adult trained lifeguards put the parks customers and there guess in extreme harms way and leading by careless life threatening and unsatisfactory behavior that could and yes very much did cause me and possibly my little children physical bodily harm that could have and should have avoided and definitely prevented so there for we the Holloway Family of Temple Texas are very unhappy and upset that with are visiting of The Heritage parks Summer of Fun water park in Belton Texas... Read moreThis park consists of a playground, a dog park, a sidewalk trail, some picnic tables and in the immediate surrounding area I believe there are a few soccer and baseball fields. The playground has swings and a cable spider web thing to climb on, one multi person spinny thing and a one person spinny thing. The playground also has regular playground stuff, a multi floor thing with different ways up and different slides, what you probably think of when you hear "playground". The ground near it isn't sand, wood chips or tire sheds, it's like a soft ish rubber solid ground. The park is next to a river, I would estimate the playground is roughly 150-200ft from it.
