Seaview Crab Company Belville Riverwalk Open Air Seafood Market — Attraction in Belville

Thankful for the response from the owner and my review rating has been UPDATED because of the businesses response.

Drove up to this location and the young lady was closing up some containers. She didn’t say anything. We started the conversation and asked if she was closing up she said yes she closed ten minutes ago. We asked if the seafood was all raw she said she believes the crab legs are the only items raw. She then said we are open tomorrow though.

Any intelligent business person would have sold something to a customer, especially if you just closed up and you weren’t in an emergency situation.

First it’s important to greet customers and simply state “hey I apologize we are closed for the day”

We could have been there to spend money and then you would have had a lifetime customer.
