The Broken Plow Micro-Farm — Attraction in Bend

This place is just right down the road from me, so it's easy and I love it. Everything is always so fresh and crisp, and it has so much more flavor than the produce I get at the store. The prices are always competitive and reasonable, and if I happen to run into the rare face it's always smiling and attached to a warm and friendly body. I also get to know where and how my food was grown, and who grew it. I was there about a week and got some zucchini, and onion heads. They were so fresh and had just been picked within the last few hours. It was so flavorful and delicious when sauted up in a little olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan. I'll be swinging in Saturday to hopefully get more zucchini, and look to see if some spinach and herbs were picked that day. Great Place, that I'm grateful for!
