Update 9/2025. Still a great spot for a bagel. Great location and quick in and out. The online experience is perfect and makes it even faster. This was an okay place for a quick meal and coffee. Ordering was easy and prices were fair. Service was okay. Lots of different kinds of bagels and toppings. Okay place to stop occasionally for a quick bite.

Jalapeño Cheddar eye opener eagle was very yummy. I was impressed with how spicy the eagle actually was. The Sundried Tomato eagle was delicious per my husband. They also have coffe drip or expresso which was nice. Bathroom was clean and big.

Both Big O Bagel locations are on point for quick home made bagels. 🥯 I usually get the eye opener with tomatoe and sausage, and blueberry with cream cheese. Fresh, delicious and consistent! Love it!!

Almost 32 years and one of the very 1st customers from the Galveston store. Today I went to the Butlermarket location for a simple order. Highly incompetent, disrespectful to Senior Citizens. With only 0-1 other customers the order still took over 10 min for a single pre-made case item to be heated and served. After waiting outisde and wondering if the order was even being processed correctly or at all, I considered leaving. Incapable of following simple requests. After serving the customer who wasn't even in the store till several minutes after I ordered, their special order was fulfilled. When my order was finally ready the kid asked if I wanted it prepared a certain way, then said just joking, indicating he might have made an error in the order. They honestly dont know how to slice anything or even use a knife upon a simple request. Hard to believe but its true. The owner would do best to fire the employee at the counter Aug 4 2025 at 1p.m. It was good to know that Noelle has sold...

I've lived in Bend my entire life and I've been going to Big O since the late 90's. Although this location is now closed, I'm writing this review expressly because of my experience a couple months ago that echos Cynthia's review below that the owner replied to in a nasty, unprofessional way.

I tried calling ahead to place an order around 11ish and it did nothing but ring - obviously they had turned the phone off off. I was nearby so decided to go in and just place my order in person, and there was literally ONE customer in there. One. And three employees. No crowds, no reason they couldn't take phone orders.

Obviously it was a management issue, not a crowd issue. The owner has no right to attack someone for a poor review on here, the poor review was earned. If they ever do open up again, maybe they need to review their policies...

i love big o bagel and have loved it but the employees are just absolutely awful at their job. almost everytime i go there they get my order wrong. today i went to get a bagel and they’re supposed to call out your name and confirm it’s yours but the dude at the counter just handed my bagel to someone else, didn’t ask for a name and i was waiting for 10 minutes and everyone before me was getting their bagels and i asked where mine was and they said i didn’t have an order. i explained what my order was and they said they gave ot to the wrong person. i then waited 15 minutes for them to make a new bagel and was late for work. i have told them before i like my bagel a certain way and they confirmed it with me and then they wouldn’t put my cream cheese on. gone downhill i am not...
