You dont get any other bonuses or benefits after your sign up bonus. You lose hours although you are promised to work as a full time scribe and for you to compensate for the hours lost you have to use your sick time or vacation hours which don’t get approved if you don’t give an explanation although you have earned them. When you contact HR they are the most toxic, two faced people you can contact which only as I mentioned look for the company’s benefit and not the scribes. I gave them 1 year and they fired Me without a valid reason, or with time for me to search for an option even. I can' t say enough about Robin. Noah and Emilio have been a pleasure to work with and the notes are fantastic. It has allowed me to really focus on my patients and listen to them fully during the visit because I no longer need to be concerned with documentation. I have more time to spend on the things that matter most for my patients' care and also more time to spend with my family at home.
