If you can although they make it look nice with the sign up bonus avoid it. The company is very toxic. There are a lot of outside tasks you are required to do which you don’t get paid for. HR does NOT care about you rather they care about those that have a bigger role (Chief Scribes and Operation Managers). You are worthless for the work and effort you put in and if they fired someone that worked 5 years with them for putting her scribes above the new company that takes for granted scribes what will they do to you? . You dont get any other bonuses or benefits after your sign up bonus. You lose hours although you are promised to work as a full time scribe and for you to compensate for the hours lost you have to use your sick time or vacation hours which don’t get approved if you don’t give an explanation although you have earned them. When you contact HR they are the most toxic, two faced people you can contact which only as I mentioned look for the company’s benefit and not the scribes. I gave them 1 year and they fired Me without a valid reason, or with time for me to search for an option even. It has allowed me to really focus on my patients and listen to them fully during the visit because I no longer need to be concerned with documentation.
