Advantage Appliance — Attraction in Bismarck

Absolutely done with Advantage Appliance / Appliance Solutions. Our warranty claim was originally filed September 16, and they’ve been impossible to reach ever since. They even lied, claiming they came out on September 22, but no one has ever called us or Centricity back — because they never showed up!

The warranty company has now had to switch us to Sears Service, which is out of network, meaning Centricity has to pay extra just so I can finally get fridge parts.

We spent nearly $20,000 replacing appliances with them after the fire and were told all warranty work would be handled in-house. Yet here we are again, completely ghosted. And this isn’t the first time — the exact same issue happened two years ago when our microwave went out under warranty and no one could reach them then either.

At this point I keep saying, just send me the parts and I’ll fix it myself. It’s shattered glass and a shorted LED bulb — I don’t need to be Whirlpool certified, I just need Whirlpool parts.

Never again. The lack of honesty, communication, and accountability is...

Washer broke down a few years after purchase. It was covered under warranty however getting them to fix it in a timely manner has been nothing but issues. No communication amongst the team on getting things scheduled and getting ahold of someone is impossible.
