Burger Time — Restaurant in Bismarck

I asked for deal of the day 5.99. I asked if it came with cheese they said that was extra but not how much extra. I ordered cheese my bill came to 8.29 with tax 8.95. They charged me 2.30 for 1 piece of cheese. Normally when they add cheese to the special they charge 1.00 extra. They did not tell me at the speaker that I was not getting the daily special anymore and when I tried to ask 3 times how much the daily special was (because they have tape over the daily special prices at the drive through window) I was not given a clear answer and just told it would cost me more because I ordered cheese. They charged me the normal rate and did not not tell me at the speaker or window when I asked repeatedly. The manager was standing right there and they just ignored my questions. They also left mustard off my burger because I ordered it without ketchup and tomatoes. If somebody orders the special and adds cheese you need to tell them you will have to charge them full price if they ask you and not try to hide it from them. I would give this place zero starts if I could. I will never eat...

I work there now, and also enjoy the food, it is always made to order, and has a nice amount of meal options for carnivorous people and they have funnel fries and shakes for those with a sweet tooth but most of all the service is impeccably fast,and friendly plus we make sure it is always spotless before we close or shift change. It's definitely worth checking out. It's not regular fast food, because we know, and care about our customers, and I can't even remember when we have had a complaint that wasn't handled personally, professionally, and with real feeling. We work as hard and fast as we can but have short staffing issues, but try to be the best option for a great burger time, haha 😂 just had to throw that in there, but it's true. First of all i waited 15 min to order then when i got home My Burger Was Black! Charcoal is lighter!!! Then i tried calling them to let them know i was not happy with my order and it Rang the whole time i was writing this review and after! Let it ring for 4 minutes then was disconnected! Recalled them finally they answered and ask for the Manager and the guy says Yeah what u want? Told him my hamburger was burnt and HE Argued with Me and Hung up!!!! That was the worse service ever!
